Brick Reinstatement after Chimney Demo

Hi there, My partner and I are about to move into a house we've just bought. We plan on removing the chimney and putting french doors. The opening will need some brickwork and a few courses up to FFL, and perhaps a lintel. The gable will also need to be rendered to reinstate the cladding. We plan on using the old bricks, this can be negotiated once the chimneys been removed. Looking for a great brickie to do this work. Cheers
