Cinder Block wall repair- non structural

I have a 1970's unit. There are concrete block "wing" walls that come out and separate the units gardens from each other. On the end of the wall a tree sprouted between the bricks. The tree went uncut for 5-10 years and it has resulted in damage to the existing blocks. The Yucca in the photo was removed today so there is open access to the damaged wall. Would someone be able to come and have a look? Cheers!
