Drill & chemset reo starters, clean top course mortar, mortar new breeze blocks and solid fill. Mortar top cap and render all existing and new blocks with approved render system to near smooth finish. Approximately 18m of wall to do. Supply of all materials care of blocklayer, please provide BOQ with price for comparison. Job to start immediately and good clear access. Inspection recommend. Please provide evidence of previous render work. Cheers
