Patch up brick low height retaining wall - small job

Only bricklayers please. I contracted a company to build a metal fence in about 5-6 weeks. Metal fence posts (65x65mm) towards the neighbour will be right up the current brick retaining wall that is stucturally reinforced as it is mostly cosmetic (doesn't retain much). As neighbour and their visitors' cars and trucks bumped into it over the years more than once, the brickwork is cracked in few sections and loose in others. I have demolished the corner pillar and saved some bricks that could be used to patch up the wall, but you'd need to see them to ascertain how useful they'll be to you. If it's easier to buy bricks to replace cracked ones, we'll do that, no worries. I am looking for a brick layer that can visit, have a look and quote for this job. I don't need structural strength in the wall as no matter what I do, neighbours will keep banging into it, and they won't be open to contribution, however the fence posts should help with concrete behind the wall and also neighbours may be able to see better how close to the wall they are once the fence goes up. The wall should also be extended to the comms conduit that sits on the boundary (it can be seen on one of the photos), so that it doesn't look unfinished like it does now. To reiterate, I do not want to tear down this wall and rebuild it from scratch with concrete blocks, steel reinfocing etc. I don't want to open a can of worms, piss off the neighbours and cause myself more work than it is necessary.
