New Build Brick Laying.
Job description
Lay black bricks on new build. Ranges in height from single level to three levels. Bagged black coloured mortar to be used. Also brick slips to be glued to concrete block base to match full bricks. Job is ready to start from 9th September or as soon as delivery of bricks is confirmed.

Would not use this guy to lay bricks! Numerous issues, including tiny screws to fix a lintel, cavity filled with mortar, laying chipped bricks, incorrect overhang to allow for brick slips to line up, bricks not laid straight. He used sub contractors to help him and didn't manage them to ensure job done properly . Still finding and paying for his mistakes as I continue with the project.

"Good on you roy warren. Would not use you (trext development ltd ) to build a shed let alone a house. For everyone's information roy warren never paid for the complete job. Charged me for his scaffolding and loads of other ridiculous things. Many different trades have never been paid by roy. Hes a scam artist. All you have to do is is type his name in on google and you will see how he really is. My court case is still ongoing with roy."
