We have a ground floor unit at a two storey block of units. The top units are brick and the bottom units are block. The DPC has worn away and we have water leaking into our unit. This has been tested by waterproofers. We need a bricklayer who can work with them and remove the bottom layer (or 2) of bricks from the second storey unit so that the waterproofers can get in and reseal the blocks. You would need to apro or jack the bricks up for support. We would then need the bricks replaced. The base layer of bricks sits just below the second storey concrete landing.

Steve was fantastic. It was a tricky job but Steve had reasonable pricing and knew what he was doing. He was great with communication as he had to liaise with me and other tradespeople to work out timings. Job completed when planned and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to others.
