We are adding a basement level to an existing Villa as part of a renovation. There is an area of approximately 187 sq/m to be cut. The house will need supporting as the area is excavated. We are looking for prices to do the excavation, cartage of soil, footings, steelwork, slab, concrete block retaining, stahlton suspended slab, waterproofing and drainage.
