Cut 6m into concrete - next to house, so to waterproof wall

We have a basement wall that is getting very wet and we think it is lack of drainage and waterproofing on the exterior. We are wanting someone to cut down a path (that has a few steps on it) around 500mm from the block wall. and break that concrete up to allow access to the block wall. Need a price for cutting and breaking up the concrete along the path We have an area to discard the concrete if this makes it cheaper?
