In need, baby due soon.

We have asbestos on the ceilings (non glitter type), we have scraped it off the ceilings before we knew it was asbestos. We have had it tested and it came back postitive. So really needing it ither sanded down or to no if it will be cheaper just to pull the ceilings down and re do it. Thanks
