Absestos removal

My mother has purchased a 1970's house in Maunu, Whangarei and it has textured ceilings, which have been tested and have asbestos. Total house size is 150m2, but that includes garage and conservatory, which do not have textured ceilings. Also kitchen, laundry, bathroom, toilet and shower do not have textured ceilings. She also has a fence at the rear of her property which in constructed from super six which she wants removed. My questions are: what do you charge for removal of the asbestos products? once textured ceiling is removed, do you seal, plaster and paint ceilings? Do you charge extra for travel costs, mileage etc? And when are you able to do the job?
