Suspected Asbestos Vinyl and Cement Sheeting Testing/Inspection

Kia ora! We have vinyl/lino of two different types that may have asbestos lining I (just no idea when it went in, and thought better to be safe as it's lifting on a couple of corners), and I am also a bit suspicious of some concrete stuff out in the garden (on a shed of the neighbours but it's on our side so thought we should make sure it's not asbestos ourselves!) Hoping to get those three areas tested, and then also to maybe have a brief walkthrough (small 1 bedroom house) to grab samples from anything else that's known to be a high asbestos risk.
