Fibrolite soffit removal/replacement

We have an area of our soffit that we need to drill into to mount relocated power cable, however believe it to be Fibrolite asbestos product. The soffit is in good condition however we'd like to replace this section with a non-asbestos product we can drill into for the mounting of power cable. Additionally we also have what I suspect is asbestos cladding on the rear of our carport/garage on both sides, and would potentially also like this to be removed and replaced as well, but this can potentially wait but would like an opinion.
