Cladding + asbestos fibre board removal
Job description
Currently the entire house (bar one side which is on my neighbours property) contains brick like cladding on the exterior of the house. Underneath the cladding still remains the weather boards which I would like to expose. I have tested a small section and the brick type cladding is attached to fibre cement boards which is attached to the weatherboards. Unfortunately the fibre cement boards contain asbestos - I have had this tested. The job therefore contains carefully removing both the brick type cladding prior to removing the asbestos fibre cement boards. The job is to also discard all brick and asbestos items from the property.
