Asbestos disposal

I've got a few asbestos panels to dispose of. They are all double bagged up and ready to dispose. Pack is 2m x 0.4m. Just need them disposing of at the dump and don't want to put them in the car! Should be easy if your coming past Brooklyn on the way to the dump anyway!
