Asbestos removal from kitchen and bathroom in O'Bay

I live in a 1930's apartment building. In the kitchen and the bathroom there is a layer of lino, under the lino the floor is tiled and the tiles have an asbestos backing. I would like the lino, tiles, asbestos removed from both areas and disposed of safely, with the floors sanded (they are wooden) so no asbestos remains. The kitchen size is approx 10m2 and the bathroom is 4m2.
