Landing Removal - Possible Asbestos

1950s house with small landing area (only about 2 - 3 m2) to the East which may or may not be asbestos. It needs to be removed regardless of the material, but obviously if it is asbestos it needs to be removed in the proper manner. See picture attached (area with blue tarp on it).
