how much approx to Remove / replace plaster ceiling that has been tested positive for White Asbestos with Dowdell. The ceilings are stippled, house age 1970's, small unit approx 70 sqm 2 bedroom, lounge/open plan kitchen, small hallway. I want to put the house on market but am worried the ceilings might put buyer off and I would be better to get ceilings updated before listing.
