Asbestos Removal Please!

We have had our ceiling in the lounge tested and underneath the paint there is an asbestos based material. We want to renovate so need this removed before we start. The soffits are also asbestos based as well as some of the outer cladding of our home. I have no idea what area size we are talking here but it is quite a large job. I don't mind waiting in line for someone to do it, but I do want it done safely, and sooner rather than later would be a bonus.
