Pre-purchase quote for asbestos removal

Hi there, I'm looking at buying a property in Kingston that has an old bach on it with damaged cladding requiring replacement, amongst other major issues like roof and water tank. Builders report says due to age and building materials, cladding is highly likely asbestos. I'm after a rough quote to remove the cladding, so we can cost the purchase and either renovation or demolition of existing dwelling. It's a 2 bed, single storey, 73sqm Bach with good access. Can provide photos/report if required. Cheers
