We are about to purchase a 1969 home with asbestos roofing and cladding. The building report indicates that the cladding is secure, however, the roof is unstable and requires removal and re-fixing. It is a triangle roof with the floor space being 90m2. I need quotes to have the asbestos removed and the roof replaced, preferably done by one company. I would be looking for a tin roof. Realistically, majority of our funds are going towards deposit/buying the house so our budget isn't very large.
