Asbestos Fibre Cement decking sheets for removal

We are wanting to replace our decking at the front of our house, however need to get the existing asbestos containing fibre cement sheets removed. There is 27m2 total area to be removed, and the sheets are 8-9mm thick with ply underneath. Sheets are screwed into the decking joists with sealant in between each sheet. As per photos, the deck is on the second level of our house. It would be great to have this done ASAP as we have a builder lined up to replace our deck. thanks!
