Asbestos inspection

We have a rental property in Papakura that needs an asbestos survey completed for compliance. Uncertain actual age of house, first sale on the LIM was 1985, in 2013 the entire outside was reclad with weatherboard. 3 bedroom, 140msq floor + a garage. We need a written survey, and asbestos management plan as part of the property file.
