Tenanted bedroom had a leak around window from cyclone, then a significant water leak from upstairs bathroom causing water to cascade down wall and soak carpet and wall. Landlord fixed leak but did not repair or dry wall or carpet area. Tenant subsequently developed significant illness and queries mould exposure. Tenant now going through to tenancy tribunal as landlord does not believe there is an issue and after 7 months still has not remedied. Paint is visibly peeling from walls, damp marks on carpet and walls. Tenant remains unwell.
