Turning basement/converted garage to self contained unit
Job description
Approximately 45m2 floor area. Currently the space is unused and have partitioned walls. We want to convert this basement/converted garage into a self contained unit with a bathroom and kitchenette. Need draftsman/draughtsman to help with the plan and consent, and later on builder to do the work. We also need to remove the asbestos from ceiling.
