Fence and bench seat

Looking for someone to finish off our fence. Just panels to go across top. Also to build up the back part of our wooden bench seat and cover flower bed with wood. Looking to pay $25-$30 per hour + materials. Would like old wood from fence we pulled down hauled off and fibrelite disposed of as well.
