Garage Refurbishement needs asbestos cladding removed

The ceiling to our carport under the house has JamesHardie soffit board on it. Whilst demolishing ceiling a sticker was found saying it contains small amount of asbestos We need remainder of ceiling removed and walls removed which we now suspect might contain asbestos too. Area is open on 2 sides and enclosed on the other two. Photos of all areas shown below Approximate areas = 25m2 wall and 25m2 of ceiling
