Asbestos Removal

I have 3 rooms and a hallway which have textured plaster applied that contains Chrysotile fibres (testing already completed). I require the the asbestos to be removed in the cheapest method possible (either scraping or removal of all wall linings). I will re-line/replaster myself afterwards. Attached is a floor plan with green highlighted affected areas. Ceiling height is 2.2m. Direct access from area to outside (ground level), and area can easily be sealed from the rest of the house. Carpets can also be removed before hand if it's easier.
