We've put an offer on a home and have received a builder's inspection report recommending to 1. double-check specific areas for asbestos. 2. There is also a floor joist that has been cut to accommodate a waste pipe to the bathroom area that needs to be strengthened. 3. Check whether there is leaking in the shower cubicle and wall junction 4. Remedy timber steps to french doors off the family room which are not fixed 5. Check whether there is leaking around the poorly installed french doors leading out to the timber steps. We have the report as a pdf and are happy to share that with relevant personnel.
