Textured ceilings have been tested and returned positive for white asbestos. Three areas of house only. Down stairs bedroom and office, foyer area and stairwell/landing area on 2nd floor. Approx 30m2 total. Will need scaffolding for stairwell landing area .Residential home. Will be vacant when work being done. House is carpeted. Tight time frames. Work to commence in approx. 4-5 weeks. Clearance certificate also needs to be issued so even better if you are qualified for that also. (new ceilings to be installed-finished-have posted separate job on here for that also)
