I hope to buy a 1970s home with a decramastic roof that is at the end of its life, unless recoated. If it tests positive for asbestos, I would like it removed. The house is 100sq metres with a simple A frame roof contour. You can quote for removal of the tiles alone or also quote for replacing with long run colour steel.
