Rough Asbestos removal quote

I am looking at purchasing a house built in the 1940s as a state house. I know that these homes were notorious for being built with asbestos and before putting in an offer I am looking to work out a rough estimate on how much is would cost to have it removed from the ceilings and lino if it did turn out to have Asbestos in it. It is a small state house built in 1941. It has popcorn - textured ceilings in 4 rooms; a lounge and 2 bedrooms and a small entrance hall. The total ceiling space of these rooms is about 40 square metres, the floor in this area has been stripped to the floor boards. The ceiling of this area is one of the areas I suspect may have Asbestos due to the Popcorn ceiling. The rest ot the house, about 20 square metres, has the same ceiling pattern, but no popcorn texturing. 18 square metres of this space has linoleum, some might be original, some might be from the 1970s. None of it is in good condition. This could potentially also have Asbestos. I would have the ceiling and Lino tested but providing that they did in fact have Asbestos in them I would be looking to get it removed and would like to know a rough estimate to inform my decision to put an offer on the house. If successful in purchasing the house I would also be looking for some to remove it.
