It seems previous owners have left broken and sheet cladding that is likely asbestos under the house. Reasonable access 400 to 600 crawl space. Job is to check footprint for broken pieces and the sheets left there and remive the asbestos and other material that has been stacked with it and dispose of it please. House floor area is approx 80 m2
