Asbestos removal from ceiling lining (encased)

The ceilings previously had asbestos stipple texture to two of the bedrooms over the original lath and plaster. Earthquake repairs in 2016 included fibre fusing and plastering over the stipple, so the stipple is now encased between the fibre fuse and the original lath and plaster ceiling. We now want to do it properly and get the asbestos removed completely. We'd like to minimise damage to plaster of the walls to avoid having to re-line the walls. The bigger bedroom is 4.6x4.1m The smaller bedroom is 4.0x3.5m We are looking to get the work done around 25 May.
