Asbestos best off please!

11m2 hall ceiling needs to have asbestos removed (haven't had it tested yet, but the rest of the house had it removed with EQC repairs so assuming it's here too). Along the hall, but not going up the stairs, but going down the 2 steps to the garage as per pic. I'll probably change the lighting to LED or something and have a few more after so I can have insulation that doesn't need to be cut around down-lights, but I guess I'll need separate quote for this!
