Asbestos Removal

We have had an assessment from the Community Energy Action regarding installing insulation. Before they start work, they would like the asbestos removed. An asbestos assessment is to be completed. And we need to provide copy of asbestos assessment with clearance certificate including photos showing that the under floor and ceiling has been cleared of all material containing asbestos fibres prior to installation. We have been quoted --- by someone else but they have failed to contact us or reply to our calls.
