Sort out some asbestos

Remove some asbestos textured ceiling, total affected area is more or less 59.6 sqm (lounge, entry, some bedrooms). Its not required with the ceiling being intact, just would be happy to see its gone. Can either a) encapsulate and repaint or b) (more expensive) be removed and regibbed and plastered and stopped to grade 4 with 13mm gib and painted. Please quote per sqm for option a) and b) and let me know when exactly you can start.
