Ceiling split repair

Husband accidentally stood on ceiling while repairing faulty light at corner of roofline causing a split across the kitchen ceiling. Kitchen is joined with small family room, but ceiling will have asbestos in stipple. Want the stipple removed and a plain, painted ceiling in its place. Need a quote.
