We have a bunglow - central city, that is currently in "as is where is" condition and we are going to be renovating it for our family. The house has been textured ceilings and has been tested throughout. In two small bedrooms, asbestos was identified in the ceiling and down to the picture rails. We are planning to completely strip and reline these rooms and are looking to have this contaminated material removed in about a months time (mid to late Sept) when the relevellers have finished.
