Removal and disposal of asbestos containing dropped ceiling

We are renovating our old home next year. The house is a 1910s villa on Maxwell Ave, Grey Lynn. It had a reno in the 70s/80s and had a dropped, textured ceiling installed. I have tested this and abestos confirmed. We want the entire ceiling removed and disposed of, not just the absestos scraped off. Only the living area, hallway and bathroom are affected (see shaded area). Approx dimensions for area of ceiling removal are 54m2 (see shaded area).
