Removal of asbestos sheets from fence frame

This concerns a length of boundary fence in our back yard about 24m long by 1.8m high. Currently 22 no. asbestos panels (1.2m x 1.52m each) line this fence. This job is for the removal and disposal of these panels and any panels along the bottom. They are bolted and screwed on so should be easy to unscrew without creating a hazard. There is vehicle access to within 5m of the start of the fence.
