Shed Removal (asbestos cladding)

Remove shed and concrete pad that span across the boundary of 2 properties. My side is 1.7m x 2.0m and neighbour's side is 2.6m x 2.0m (approx). Cladding is asbestos sheets so PPE required and absolute care is needed to comply with all removal and dumping regulations . Neighbour's side is unkept and quite a bit of gardenining or cleaning (rat poo maybe?) is required before starting. My side is fine. Due to the difference in size and amount of work required on each property, quote needs to be broken down by property. Timeframe is flexible.
