Is this asbestos or re-paint required?

This is a crack I have in my 1970s brick and tile unit. The crack is in the main bedroom. Unsure when the ceiling was last painted. I am wanting to know if this is asbestos or just a crack in paint? If it is asbestos, what the cost is to test for asbestos and also cost to repair. Thanks
