1950's House and has Asbestos sub-floor sheets and soffit sheets. We are only cutting one room by 1 m to allow driveway to the back of the property. therefore at this stage will only need to remove the soffit around the area locally, total length around 6m, similarly for the sub-floor if doable we can do the entire sub-floor area. Need this to be done as soon as possible. Will need Asbestos clearance certificate, we have the asbestos assessment report done already.
