Asbestos fence removal

Fence is 30m long ( 23m about 1.8m high and 7m about 1.3m high) Asbestos panels are painted one side only and they are average 1m wide. The sheeting is buried into the ground max. 20cm. Rails and posts don't have to be removed. Skip bin for removal can be placed on the berm in front of 2m high retention wall, so sheets can easily be thrown into the bin. Its 12m walk on grass to the start of the 1.3m high fence. Then there is another 1.5m step up (retention wall) before you have access to the rest of the fence.
