Removal of contaminated material and if possible restoration #2
Job description
This doesn't involve asbestos removal but is a similar job involving contaminated ceiling insulation which I'm told by experts isn't a serious danger. It' s a 1BR apartment of about 54m2, needs batt type glasswool insulation removed and disposed of. It's a very modern apartment with suspended jib ceiling from bolted metal frame with about a 47cm cavity. This makes ceiling access for removal tricky and 13mm jib ceiling will have to be cut with its removal. It's a dry enclosed site with separate air ducting. Photos indicate this area. I've had a reaction to this insulation which detrimental to health so protective gear is to be used. Believe usual asbestos removal doesn't include restoration work such as replacing and painting the ceiling jib- but request that if possible. Same with installation of replacement insulation. Materials like ceiling insulation, paint, jib and any third party insulation disposal costs are included to price indication. Please advise if any other considerations. Can show site on short notice. Seek job (at least insulation removal) to be completed within the next 2 weeks.

Prompt, professional and approachable. Tony and his team take pride in their work. Quality of work was thorough. My home was looked after with high level of protection, cleanliness and rectification. There was a hiccup so job time was extended which was a pain. However, they took immediate responsibility for this, including my inconvenience.
