Asbestos removal (quote required)

I’m looking at putting an offer on a property that may or may not have asbestos (inspection yet to be carried out). I’d like to know how much it would cost to remove (approximately) so that I can account for that in my offer. The property is an old bungalow, built in the 1930s and possibly renovated on a few occasions since, and is around 110 sqm. Appreciate there is considerable guesswork here, so a higher rather than a lower estimate is preferred. Any estimates won’t be treated as final for future work, should I take ownership of the property. Though I would likely follow up with the builders who place quotes on here. Thank you in advance!
