My mother has textured ceilings which I want to remove. We think the house was built in the 80s . The texture is very powdery rather than fibrous and scrapes off very easily. I'm fairy sure it isn't asbestos but have a small amount in a container and would like it tested. Could somebody advise where I should take it, please? Regards Joanna
