I have what appears to be corrugated asbestos roofing being used as fencing along one boundary of my house. Each sheet is ~2660mmx1075mm. There are 13 sheets in total, 2 of which are just leaning against the fence unsecured The other 11 form the fence and are ~200m in the ground and then are just secured to the neighbour's fence by a piece of wire where the panels overlap. So they should be relatively easy to remove, since they aren't fixed to posts or anything. I.e. once the wires are cut (which I can do in advance) the panels should just lift straight out of the ground, possibly with a little bit of digging.
