Drawings required for council (WDC) so I can start the process of getting Code of Compliance. Work has been completed prior to us buying the property back in 2017 and we are planning of moving and I've just found out the work was done without seeking council consent. Property is a 1 bedroom, lounge room, bathroom, laundry and kitchen.
