Drawings required for BC exemption application. Proposed works: - install 45mm battens to the internal side of all external walls of house - followed by 45mm insulation such as Expol Platinum Board (R1.4 value) - followed by gib lining the walls. - follow a similar method for the ceiling - internal walls, plan to use 20mm batten - followed by gib, no insulation on these, just batten to allow for existing panel (Lockwood) movement - this is to modernize the interior of house. JOB: Need to present some drawings of what is proposed, showing the details of how it is going to work and also providing a specification list. Plans need to show all the walls being proposed to complete in this way and how to manage windows, electrical sockets and also the extending of the plumbing to come out through the new 45 mm space.
